If you don't already advertise on VRBO.com or Airbnb.com we will help create a professional listing for you.
• LISTING ADMINISTRATION: VRAssist can help by managing your listings so you can spend that time on things that are more important to you. Let us handle such time-consuming tasks as updating rates, uploading new photos, soliciting reviews from past guests, etc.
• INTEGRATED VRBO LISTING: Your property will have a free "Pay Per Booking" model VRBO listing that is integrated with our booking management software. If you prefer to pay for a subscription model listing you will have that option also. Benefits of this are efficiency, property owners being the merchant of record for VRBO guest payments, earlier payouts, control over refunds and cancellations and the ability to create a customized cancellation policy.
• ADVERTISEMENT ON OUR WEBSITE: VRAssist clients' properties are advertised on the website's "Our Properties" page. The properties can be online bookable and the payments go straight to the property owners' accounts. Our owners receive a unique URL/weblink for their property to share with family, friends and anyone who might be interested in booking their vacation rental property. And when a traveler books a property on our site they do not have to pay any service fees or commissions on their own vacation. Everybody wins! (NOTE: Property owners must have a merchant account if they want their listing on VRAssist.com to be online bookable.)
• INQUIRY RESPONSE: VRAssist will respond to inquiries in a timely manner (24 hour guarantee, but usually within minutes!) We will communicate with every interested traveler, answer their questions and send accurate quotes for their requested dates.
• GUEST COMMUNICATIONS: VRAssist will handle all communications with confirmed guests before, during and after their stay.
• RESERVATION MANAGEMENT: Professional, comprehensive management of reservations is the key to our Booking Management success. • DETAILED RESERVATIONS/PAYMENTS REPORT: VRAssist will keep meticulous records of your property's reservations and send an annual report which will be useful for your records and for filing your annual income tax reports. We also will report data at the end of each sales tax reporting period for you to report & pay the sales taxes for your property. (We recommend Avalara MyLodgeTax to help ensure proper payment of relevant taxes for your area.)
